The legal stuff. Written like a human wrote it, because one did.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rehersa (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rehersa provides AI-powered mock interview practice. You upload your CV, provide a job description, and have a voice conversation with an AI interviewer. The Service generates feedback and scoring to help you improve.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Don't share your login.
4. Tokens & Payments
Interview sessions require tokens. Tokens are purchased via one-time payments processed by Stripe. Tokens are non-refundable once used in an interview session. Unused tokens never expire. Prices are shown at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but isn't limited to): uploading malicious files, trying to access other users' data, using the Service for illegal purposes, or attempting to reverse-engineer our AI systems.
6. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your CV and your spoken responses. Rehersa retains ownership of the AI-generated analysis, feedback, the interface, and the underlying technology. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our systems — nothing that identifies you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for interview outcomes, hiring decisions made by third parties, or career choices you make based on our feedback. Our analysis is a training tool, not a guarantee.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
